We are pleased to announce the appointments of Claire Wright as Senior Accountant, Michelle Trickey as Accounts Clerk & Credit Controller, Caroline West as Practice Administrator and Piara Singh as Bookkeeper.  Read our press release announcing the appointments below.

Lichfield and Leicester accountancy practice, Inspired Accountants, has bolstered its ranks with the addition of four new members of staff.

Claire Wright has joined the practice as Senior Accountant, Michelle Trickey as Accounts Clerk & Credit Controller, Caroline West as Practice Administrator and Piara Singh as Bookkeeper.

Claire is a qualified ACCA and MAAT accountant and brings with her 15 years of accounting experience. As part of her role Claire will be responsible for the preparation of statutory accounts and be involved with audit and tax work. Currently living in Hednesford, Claire commented that her immediate goal is to build a good working relationship with the firm’s clients.

Michelle joins Inspired Accountants from a finance consultancy company, but before working as a bookkeeper Michelle worked in Hospitality for 10 years. Commenting on her new role, Michelle said:  “What appeals to me most about Inspired is that they are a very professional and proactive company and I know that the working environment will enable me to continue with my professional development.”   Michelle lives in Sutton Coldfield and devotes much of her spare time to raising her two-year-old daughter.

Caroline is originally from Lichfield and has worked in the City for 25 years, predominantly in payroll, office administration and reception.  Caroline has two children, lives on the edge of Burntwood and in her spare time enjoys running and coaching children at Tamworth Athletics Club.

Piara Singh has a degree in actuarial mathematics and statistics, has recently completed the Institute Of Certified Bookkeepers’ course and is currently studying for the AAT Accounting Qualification.  Before joining Inspired Piara worked for a firm of accountants in Handsworth before which he worked for Nishkam Civic Association where he was instrumental in winning a £50,000 Sports England fund which was used to help the local community adopt sport for health and recreational purposes.
